In Panorama 3, André Coppens presents a sun-filled southern landscape centered around an old stone house with a red-tiled roof. The tall cypress trees rising behind it enhance the Mediterranean atmosphere and lead the eye toward the blue-toned mountains in the distance.

Surrounding the house, golden fields, patches of lavender and vegetation dotted with red poppies create a rich mosaic of warm colors. The contrast between bright yellows, luminous greens, purples and deep blues gives the composition both rhythm and depth.

True to his distinctive style, André Coppens defines the forms with dark outlines that structure the composition and strengthen its graphic character. The work conveys warmth, calm and a sense of escape, like a quiet stop in a sun-drenched southern landscape.
