Original artwork.

Floraison minérale is a mixed-media artwork on wood by Hélène Lafontaine, where the delicacy of floral imagery meets the evocative strength of natural materials. True to her artistic approach, the artist incorporates pieces of wood retrieved from lake bottoms along with small mineral elements, combining them with paint, texture, and flowing lines. In this vertical composition, warm shades of beige, copper, brown, and gold create a soft and enveloping atmosphere. Organic forms, black scroll-like lines, and pearled accents create a refined universe in which nature seems to transform into a living ornament. Poised between abstraction and floral suggestion, the artwork evokes growth, light, and poetry.
