In this sculpture, Galina Stetco portrays the birth of a new world through the imagination of a young girl. In one hand she holds a brush — symbolizing the colors, possibilities, and paths she may bring into existence — while the other gently supports a small creature from her imagined universe.

The polymer resin medium allows the artist to shape the material with remarkable freedom, enhancing the sense of a world still in formation. The organic textures and expressive surfaces evoke the delicate moment when an idea begins to take shape and imagination starts transforming reality.

Galina explores the innate creative power of childhood: that inner realm where anything is possible, where boundaries have yet to be defined, and where dreams become the foundation of new realities. Shape of New World becomes a metaphor for creation, hope, and the transformative potential that exists within each of us.
