II.SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Carrier If the buyer wishes to use his own delivery service, he must notify Galerie at the time of ordering and must either:

• Proceed to the shipping request himself with his carrier. If applicable, the customer must coordinate the pick-up and transport service and consult the conditions of the chosen carrier.

Receipt of the goods The buyer is responsible for checking that the packaging and the product have been received in good condition. If there is any damage to report, the buyer must do so directly with the delivery company and make his claim to the carrier. If these conditions are not respected, Galerie is released from all refunds and responsibilities. Insofar as the carrier’s liability is not at issue and: 1) the piece is damaged, non-recoverable and non-repairable, the buyer’s right is limited to a refund from Galerie. 2) the piece can be repaired, the buyer will have the choice to accept or refuse the repaired piece. This will not affect the selling price or the shipping price already established. 3) the piece suffers from a minor breakage, after agreement with Galerie, an aesthetic discount could be granted. If a breakage occurs on an original artwork from the guard of Galerie and before shipment to the buyer, the latter will be notified of the delay or impossibility of delivery. The buyer can then request a refund or order another artwork. If the value of the new purchase is different, an adjustment to the starting price will be made. In the event of damage to a serial or numbered artwork, this same piece may be replaced by one of the following numbers, if such a replacement is possible. Error upon receipt of the goods If the customer receives a product that is not the one ordered, he must immediately contact Galerie. If it is a reference error, the return costs are the responsibility of Galerie and the buyer can request a free shipment of the ordered work of art. If the customer receives a package and an item is missing, they must first check the condition of the packaging. If the buyer finds that the packaging is defective, he must immediately notify the carrier. The buyer has the choice of accepting or rejecting the package.
